Return and Refund Policy

Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal (linked from your profile or account settings). After you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for subscription fees already paid.

PlayFast Sensor Device (Hardware)

30-Day Return Window

You may return the PlayFast sensor device within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below. Contact us at support@playfastlax.com for return instructions. We will provide the address and any required steps (e.g., RMA or order reference).

Return Shipping

  • Change of mind / no longer want the device: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Defective or warranty claim: We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Condition

For non-defective returns, the device should be in like-new, resalable condition. We may refuse or reduce a refund if the device is damaged, modified, or not in resalable condition. For defective or warranty returns, see our Hardware Warranty.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
