90-Day Limited Hardware Warranty

PlayFast (“we,” “our,” or “us”) warrants that the PlayFast sensor device (“Device”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery to you.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that prevent the Device from functioning as intended (e.g., failure to power on, pair via Bluetooth, or count throws under normal use).

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or accident
  • Water or moisture damage
  • Modifications or repairs by anyone other than PlayFast
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Your Remedy

If you have a valid warranty claim, we will, at our option, either (a) repair the Device, (b) replace the Device with a new or refurbished unit, or (c) refund the purchase price of the Device. This warranty does not cover any consequential, incidental, or other damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

How to Make a Claim

To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@playfastlax.com with your order or account information and a description of the defect. We may require you to return the Device for inspection. If we provide a return shipping label for a valid warranty claim, we will cover the cost of return shipping. See our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

No Other Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS WARRANTY, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. OUTSIDE THE 90-DAY PERIOD, THE DEVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.”
