By accessing or using the PlayFast application and services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service. If you are under 13 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must create an account on your behalf and agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

PlayFast provides a lacrosse wall ball training system consisting of:

  • Mobile application for iOS devices
  • Web-based dashboard and analytics
  • Hardware sensor device for automatic rep counting
  • Training routines and progress tracking
  • Optional leaderboard participation

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect workout and training data to provide the Service. Additional data sharing (such as leaderboard participation or ML training data contribution) requires your explicit opt-in consent.

5. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant PlayFast a non-exclusive license to use, display, and process that content to provide the Service.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Submit false or misleading information

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies will be displayed at the time of purchase.

7. Hardware and Physical Goods

The PlayFast sensor device and any other physical goods are subject to our Hardware Warranty and our Return and Refund Policy. Use of the device during training is at your own risk. By using the device, you agree to those policies.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. PlayFast is not responsible for any injuries that may occur during training. Always consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLAYFAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
